United States USA. American M1 helmet model 1943 from World War II WW2

The pot retains its original rough olive green paint, the closure of the metal rim on the front characteristic of helmets manufactured between 1943 and 1945 and the chinstrap attachment of the 1943 model.

The liner is the 1941 model from the manufacturer Firestone Tire & Rubber Company (it contains the marking of an «F») with all its parts, including the liner leather chinstrap.
