Spain. Sword Saber Puerto Seguro of Artillery Officer
Spanish Saber Model 1926, Alfonso XIII period
LINING: gold-plated and chiseled brass, composed of an openwork bowl with a ring in the central part of which there are three hawks.
In the center of the bowl, the emblem of the Artillery Weapon in its classic form of two crossed cannons on a stack of six projectiles.
The grip is made up of two squared black wooden handles fastened with two screws.
Above the pommel it has a small spherical cap from another screw that holds the tail of the tang.
BLADE: of the type called Puerto Seguro, that is to say, straight blade, square spine on the inside and edge on the outside, with flat-bottomed hollows that go from the mustache to the blade.
