Spain. Order of María Isabel Luisa. Silver Cross. Epoca Fernando VII. It is created by R.D. June 19, 1833 to solemnize the oath as successor to the throne of Mrs. María Isabel Luisa, later Isabel II; the Order is intended to reward military merit, its recipients being 1st Sergeants, Sergeants, Corporalss and Soldiers who, according to the current Regulations, could not, due to their use, become creditors to receive the Military Order of San Fernando in any of their categories.
