Italian-German Medal of North Africa. Italian-German Feldzug in Afrika. Instituted in 1943. The obverse features two gladiators fighting together to keep the jaws of a crocodile closed. Beside the gladiators, the marking «Lorioli Milano» is on the reverse. The reverse features the Arch of Fileni, above the Savoy Knot and within a litorium (left) and a static swastika (right), all surrounded by «Campagna Italo Tedesca in Africa».
