Soviet helmet Ssh-36, officially СШ-36 стальной шлем.

These helmets were sent to Spain as aid to the Republic by the Soviet Union. This helmet has the Medical Corps emblem of the Spanish Civil War, original period paint and the complete interior band. The interior cloth is missing.

Helmet marked «4-1363», the script is marked with a horizontal number 1, characteristic of the first models manufactured in 1936. The number 4 refers to the size and the 1363 to the batch number.
