The Military Service Honor Order (군사복무영예훈장 / Kunsa Pongmu Yŏng’ye Hunjang), established on July 3, 1973, was awarded for meritorious achievements and distinguished service in the senior ranks of the armed forces of the Korean People’s Army.
On the obverse, a soldier from the Ground Forces of the Korean People’s Army, one from the Korean People’s Naval Force, and one from the Air Force of the Korean People’s Army. On the reverse, the name of the order in Korean «군사복무영예훈장» and its grade «제1급».
